A Collaborative and Authentic Path to Change
I am a psychologist, licensed in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts, who offers psychotherapy to adults on an individual basis. I aim to provide a collaborative therapeutic environment that values compassion, humor, and authenticity. My framework is holistic and I strive to help clients explore and achieve balance in physical, emotional and cognitive experiences. My application utilizes evidence-based mindfulness, relational and cognitive practices tailored to the individual needs of my clients. I view the goal of therapy to be developing psychological flexibility so that more options for coping, self-compassion and healing become accessible.

I have worked in a variety of settings including inpatient facilities, community mental health agencies, university counseling centers and therapeutic day schools. While my experience has been diverse and has included helping individuals with more persistent and chronic presentations of mental illness, my current focus centers around helping individuals manage symptoms of depression and anxiety, explore identity concerns, cope with grief and loss and/or alleviate distress associated with experiencing traumatic events.

In addition to being a licensed psychologist, I am also a Level 1 and Level 2 trained EMDR provider and can offer this service as an augmentation to talk-therapy. I invite you to read more about these options on the 'Services' page of this site.
