Self Pay/ Out of Network
Self-Payment Options: Clients are welcome to pay for session using cash, check, credit card, or Health Saving Accounts. Regardless of mode of payment, a credit card is required to be on file. If financials present a significant barrier to accessing mental health services, and other alternatives are not apparent, I am happy to have a conversation regarding temporary adjusted fees offered on a case-by-case basis.

Utilizing Out-of-Network Benefits: As of 1/1/2022, I am no longer considered in-network for any insurance plans, meaning I do not accept insurance. Please check with your insurance carrier for coverage details. If you choose to utilize out-of-network benefits, the full fee is due at the time of service and I am able to provide you with documentation as a way for you to receive direct reimbursement from your insurance company.
Other Fees & Related Policies
You are responsible for obtaining any required pre-authorizations prior to beginning treatment.

All payments and co-payments are due at the time of service.

** 24 hour notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling requests to avoid incurring an $80.00 'Late Cancelation' fee. Please note that any such fees are not covered by insurance.**
